Terms of use

- You must be 13 or older. Adult rooms are for 18 and older.
- Be decent. No harassment, hate, threats, sexual content involving minors, or spam.
- Rooms can remove people, and we can ban phones that break these rules.
- Roomor is not an emergency service. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and Slover Digital, the maker of Roomor. By using Roomor you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Roomor.
Who can use Roomor
You must be at least 13 years old. Rooms rated Adult 18+ are only for people 18 and older, and you must confirm your age before you join one. If you're under the age of majority where you live, you need a parent or guardian's permission.
Rooms and nicknames
You choose a nickname, a critter and a color for each room. Don't use a nickname that pretends to be someone else, uses a real person's name without their permission, or breaks the rules below. Whoever starts a room chooses its type, its name and its language rating.
Rules
When you use Roomor, you agree not to:
- Harass, bully, threaten or intimidate anyone.
- Post hate speech, or attack people for who they are.
- Post sexual content involving anyone under 18, or any sexual content outside Adult rooms.
- Share someone's private information, such as where they live, without their permission.
- Encourage violence, self harm or illegal activity.
- Send spam, scams or malicious links, or pretend to be Roomor.
- Try to break, overload, reverse engineer or get around Roomor's security, limits or bans.
- Use Roomor to break any law.
Your content
You're responsible for what you post. You keep ownership of it. You give us permission to store it and deliver it to the people in the room, only as long as we need to run Roomor. Other people in the room can see what you post and may keep it on their phones.
Moderation
People can block you, report you, or vote to remove you from a room. We review reports and may remove content, close rooms, or ban a phone from Roomor if we believe these terms were broken. We aren't required to watch every room, and we can't promise to catch everything.
Not an emergency service
Don't rely on Roomor to reach help. Messages may be delayed or never arrive, and rooms can close at any time.
The service
Roomor is free. We may change it, add or remove features, or stop offering it. Roomor is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.
Limits on our responsibility
To the fullest extent the law allows, Slover Digital isn't responsible for what other people say or do in Roomor, or for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total responsibility for any claim about Roomor is limited to 100 US dollars.
Ending things
You can stop using Roomor at any time, and Delete my data in Settings removes what our server holds for your phone. We may suspend or ban a phone that breaks these terms.
Apple
If you got Roomor from the App Store, Apple isn't responsible for Roomor or its content, and Apple's standard terms for apps also apply. Apple is a third party beneficiary of these terms.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Where the law of your country gives you rights that these terms can't take away, those rights still apply.
Changes
We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and if the change is important, we'll say so in the app. Using Roomor after a change means you accept it.
